IF your return is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions and a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) through e-mail.
* All returns that are not the direct result of our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* Unused and Uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days.
ANY RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED ITEMS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY.
