Ordering Instructions for International Customers:

The enitre order form must be filled out and legible.
Unless you are paying by credit card, you must contact us prior to faxing your order to determine the shipping cost and shipping method for the products you are ordering. We ship most international orders via US Postal 'Global Express' - insured for the total value and with tracking information.
Customers need to allow 3-5 days lead time prior to shipping on USPS shipments.
Freight free shipping F.O.B. our warehouse are available via UPS, Fedex, DHL, BAX, Truck freight and other methods. These need to be arranged by the customer. Inquire when ordering.

2) In addition to the order:
You must fax a LEGIBLE copy of your Driver's License or State issued Personal Identification card
AND the FRONT of the Credit Card clearly showing your NAME and Card Number.

3) After you fax your order, you will receive an e-mail
asking you to confirm your order.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with package tracking information (if applicable) when your order ships out.

4) All International Orders are shipped DECLARED VALUE.

5) All international orders are shipped freight PREPAID.
The Purchaser is responsible for any import duties and Value Added Tax (V.A.T.)

International Orders that do not conform to these guidelines
will not be processed.
